Hamburger Hummus

From Entertainment Weekly:

Shalom, Shamericans! Introducing Hamburger Hummus, a new web series directed by Jay Karas (Workaholics) that satirizes blogging culture and pokes fun at clueless Americans embarrassing themselves in foreign countries.

“Six Americans in Israel; one holy s—show,” the trailer teases. Jillian Bell, Betsy Newman, Paul Welsh, Angela Kinsey, Peter Gardner, and Marque Richardson star as culturally oblivious American bloggers visiting Tel Aviv for a conference. The pilot introduces them with the telling epithets, “The Hot Mess,” “The Teenage Crusader,” “The Techie,” and the trio of “The Mommy Blogger,” “The Paranoid Dad,” and “Their Baby.”

“Their interests across technology, beauty, environmentalism, and shameless one-night stands lead to a bounty of Clark Griswold-like, fish-out-of-water moments,” the series description reads, and episode titles like “Tech Aviv,” “#BlessedDayEver,” and the pilot, “Shalom Shamericans,” deliver on that promise. – Source
